Jillian Agdern guides the design teams of Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture in creating complex high-rise buildings that are environmentally responsible. As a LEED- and Green Globes-accredited professional, she applies her expertise to ensure large buildings leave smaller footprints through energy conservation and use of natural resources. Jillian's buildings have consequently received numerous green certifications.

Jillian also strives to create a more sustainable Jewish community through her work with the Jewish National Fund. She serves on the Chicago JNFuture Board and acts as its family chair, launching new initiatives and events to engage young families around fostering a stronger connection to each other and Israel.

Additionally, Jillian is an active parent volunteer at the "Z" Frank Apachi JCC and supports The ARK's annual Backpack Project and Chanukah Gift Wishes programs.
