It takes a certain kind of bravery to share your personal challenges with just anyone, but Avi Lesser travels the world fearlessly telling his story to strangers. Avi is a global ambassador for Keshet, sharing how the organization has helped him live a more meaningful, independent life - as well as his musical gifts.

Avi loves an audience. He's a lead singer and performs in a jug band. He's opened for Foreigner and The Temptations and once sang solo at the Grand Ole Opry in front of a crowd of 5,000 people.

When he's not on tour, Avi works for and supports numerous local Jewish organizations. He's a library assistant at Solomon Schechter Day School, sits on Keshet's junior board and is actively involved with JCC Camp Chi and Alpha Epsilon Pi.
