Tzvi has dedicated his life to giving back first by becoming a paramedic, then by helping paramedics reach the local community by founding Hatzalah Chicago. Designed to save lives, the organization has over 80 volunteers who respond to emergencies and help people get the care they need.

Tzvi is a role model to teens in the Chicagoland area, educating them about life-saving measures like CPR and how to get EMT training through an educational program he developed. By forming close relationships with schools, municipalities, and hospitals, he educates people about saving lives and donates medical supplies to those in need.

Additionally, he serves as a police chaplain with the Oak Park Police Department and a district advisory committee member at the 024 District Chicago Police Department. He is also a board member at Joan Dachs Bais Yaakov-Yeshivas Tiferes Tzvi Elementary School and a member of the Jewish Community Advisory Group at AMITA St. Francis Hospital.
