Alexa is known throughout the Chicago Jewish community for her kind heart and for always being ready to step up and help others.

In her career as a marriage and family therapist, she strives to always be available for her clients and help them inside and outside of sessions. She organizes therapist consultation groups to spread new ideas of therapeutic practices and brings her expertise to a camp for children who have lost loved ones and a sex therapy consultation group.

Outside of work, she enjoys supporting people in the Jewish community with dedication and enthusiasm. Alexa served on the YLD board for five years, participated in the Mensches in Motion program, as well as leading three YLD LEADS groups. She is also a member of the Response Advisory Council and was the Chair of the 2020/2021 Young Women's City Council.
