Alex is a leader in both the toy and gaming industry as well as the user experience design space. He has brought 13 toys and games to the global market, with two more readying for distribution. He started his own toy and game company as a side business while working full time.

Alex uses his design skills to help people who suffer from mental health issues because of COVID-19. He was selected to work with a team at MIT to create an app that allows users to connect with loved ones and enjoy virtual experiences from home. He also developed a game to help fight the psychological effects of social distancing.

He grew up in Deerfield and attended Moriah Congregation preschool and Solomon Schechter Day School, and spent summers at Apachi, Camp Chi and Ramah. He was active member of the Hillel at the University of Illinois - Champaign.

Alex volunteers as a visual designer for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and serves as a member of the Young Professional Committee Board of the Reverse Rett Syndrome Trust. But, more important than anything else--Alex calls his parents every day.
