Growing up down the interstate from the world's largest prairie dog encouraged Erin to dream big, so when the opportunity arose to move to Chicago, Erin packed a borrowed horse trailer and hit the road. She left Kansas with a piano, thirty goldfish, two cats and her beloved light bulb collection. Four years later, she has an MFA in performance art, fond memories of the JCC, numerous stage-management credits and an undying affection for zombie movies.
Erin now lives in Andersonville where she delights friends with her unbeatable matzoh lasagna. The cats are alive and well. The fish on the other hand...
