Emily Berman Pevnick is a force for social change -- not only through her work as a public affairs consultant at  Resolute Consulting , but also through her commitment to leadership roles in the community with a focus on women, Israel and politics. 

Emily is a CityPAC Board member, Technion Innovators Board member, and a founding board member of the Jewish Women International Chicago Young Women's Leadership Network. In terms of JUF, she serves as vice chair of the Jewish Community Relations Council and is part of the JUF Young Women's City Council. She recently concluded her four-year term on the YLD Board. 

Formerly in charge of strategic partnerships and global affairs for Mayor Rahm Emanuel's office, Emily shows a passion for building bridges and partnerships between groups and communities, Jewish or otherwise, all with the goal of pushing to create positive change.

After visiting the "Dialogue in the Dark" exhibit in Israel, I was inspired to volunteer with the blind community in Chicago as a reader at Blind Services Association.
